§ What is Vaderopa
Vaderopa is a clothing factory in Barcelona that produces your brand from start to finish.
We cover the entire cycle under one roof: fabric sourcing from certified suppliers, custom pattern-making by our in-house pattern team, physical prototyping with samples shipped back to the client, human-controlled sewing machine by machine, industrial washes, printing (screen, sublimation, DTF transfer, embroidery), labelling with woven labels and custom hang tags, and final packaging with your brand. We do not subcontract. We do not use templates. We do not enforce 1,000-unit minimums like Asian manufacturers and we do not lock you into an annual minimum commitment.
We serve a brand launching its first style as readily as an established brand needing fast restocks from an existing catalogue. We produce t-shirts, hoodies, polos, dresses, skirts, trousers, jackets, swimwear, bikinis, technical sportswear, yoga apparel, corporate uniforms and workwear. Every garment ships with your woven label, your hang tag and your packaging. We keep patterns and tech packs on file so reorders are immediate.
Nobody knows we made it. That has been the Vaderopa philosophy since 2010: a white-label factory so the brand is always yours, not ours. We work with Spanish and European brands, with billing in EUR, Spanish VAT and support in Spanish or English. We do not publish on social media what we make for you unless you authorise it, we do not sell your patterns to competitors, and we sign NDAs on request. If you need to see it for yourself, we encourage you to visit the factory in Barcelona Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00, letting us know in advance so the person handling your account can welcome you in.

§ 09 · FAQ
Questions nearly everyone asks us.
What's the minimum order?
From 150-250 units per style, split across sizes and colours depending on the garment. These are the lowest minimums on the Spanish market.
How long does production take?
Once the sample is approved, between 3 and 6 weeks depending on volume. The prior development (pattern-making and prototype) adds 2-3 weeks.
Do I need technical drawings or patterns?
No. If you bring an idea or a reference photo, we'll make the pattern. You just have to approve the prototype before we produce.
Will the garments carry my brand?
Yes. Woven labels, hang tags and packaging with your brand. Nobody will know we made them.
What if I want to reorder or expand the collection?
We keep the patterns and tech packs on file. Reorders are faster because we already know your brand.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, we encourage it. Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00. Let us know in advance so we have someone waiting for you.
