Questions about manufacturing in Portugal
Do you manufacture in Portugal or in Spain?
Both. Depending on the product and the volume, we pick the best workshop between our factory in Spain and our partners in Portugal. You deal with a single point of contact.
What is the minimum per style?
We work with low minimums compared to Asia. The exact number depends on the garment and the technique; tell us and we'll confirm it in the quote.
How long does it take versus manufacturing in China?
Weeks instead of months. No shipping or customs: as EU production, delivery to Ireland or the UK takes days.
Are there duties when shipping to Ireland or the UK?
Within the EU (Ireland) there are no duties. For the UK, post-Brexit rules apply, far simpler than importing from Asia; we explain it clearly before we start.
