Embroidery: the premium finish for caps. Raised embroidery is the go-to technique for caps because it holds the panel shape without distorting the fabric and stands up to friction and repeated washing. It is the standard in hospitality (bars, restaurants, hotels), clothing brands and club sports kits. Designs up to 8 cm wide on the front panel look particularly sharp when embroidered.
Screen printing and vinyl: for larger designs or multi-colour artwork, screen printing on the front panel or heat-applied vinyl delivers a clean, scalable result. Ideal for event caps or limited editions where the graphic design takes centre stage over a hand-crafted finish.

What technique is best for personalising caps? +
Embroidery is the most common and durable finish for caps: it withstands friction and washing and delivers a raised result that looks great on structured fabrics. For larger designs or many colours, screen printing on the front panel is a strong alternative.
How many units do I need to order custom caps? +
The minimum is 25 units per style and colour. Caps are usually one-size or adjustable via snapback or velcro closure, so there is no need to mix sizes.
Do you make custom baseball caps for hospitality businesses? +
